Places to go:

peru-machu-picchuMachu Picchu: The Alternative Inca Trail is the least traveled path to Peru’s most popular attraction, The Hidden City of Machu Piccu ,  UNESCO world heritage site at Cusco, the colonial jewel and center of the Inca Empire and watch the beautiful Plaza de Armas along the way. The highlight one of this trip is you can also get to Machu Picchu by train from Cusco which really fascinating one. Machu Picchu  is a pre-Columbian Inca. Koricancha:The combined sacred sites of Koricancha (also spelled Qoricancha or Qorickancha) and Santo Domingo vividly illustrate ancient Andean culture’s collision with Western Europe. The temple of one culture sits atop and encloses the other.
peru_sacsayhuamanSacsayhuaman: One of the most imposing architectonic complexes inherited from the Incan Society. The archaeological park covers an area of 3094 Hectares and contains more than 200 archaeological sites which the wall is the most impressive.
Puka Pukara: means in Quechua “red fortress”, and it took this name because of the colour of the stones (especially at dusk). This was mainly a military fortress; you can notice the military purpose of Puca Pucara because of the stones used for its construction, much rougher than those used for religious purposes.
Keshwa Chaca: the last Inka straw suspension bridge
Ollantaytambo: This is where the Incas retreated after the Spanish took Cuzco. Much of the town is laid out in the same way as it was in Inca times.
